How to Be More Active Even On Rest Days

Yoga flow: Total Body Cleanse Yoga With Sybille is one of my favorite calming yoga workouts. It is a great way to cleanse your mind and body after a long week.

Walk it out: There is nothing more relaxing than a walk in the park or a stroll on the beach. Really maintain an easy pace to rest up for the long week ahead. This is also a good idea for a recovery day during the week too.

Walking hill workout: For a more active workout you could do some walking on the treadmill with some incline. It will be much less harsh on the body and you will get a little sweaty at the same time! After you’re done, you could even do some meditation or yoga.

Detox Pilates: This ten minute Pilates workout will leave you feeling alive and rejuvenated. It will open your body up and strengthen it for your tougher workout Monday.
